Cotleur and Hearing Isa Vidal - #2
Hey y'all, these past couple weeks have probably been the most stressful so far since I've been there. In the span of a week, I had to switch from 3 different computers because my original one decided it wanted to stop working and the other one after that decided to the same (love that). But now I finally have a computer that works so I can lock in for real.
Another fun little issue we ran into was in a project we are working on for a flex space; the proposed site plan did not reach the requirements for the municode for the Town of Jupiter. Now it's a bunch of back and forth between going on site and coordinating with the team who did the original plan. It's been stressful but I got to learn more about tree mitigation and creating the documents for that.
Been working a lot recently on graphics and helping out wherever I can. Currently, I'm helping out with some graphics and perspectives for a residential project that has been tricky because the client is super picky with what they want to see but it's been going well. I've got to do some 3D modeling with this project too, but I've mainly been jumping between AutoCAD and Photoshop.
Outside of work, I've been loving South Florida and exploring the area. This past weekend my mom and brother came up for the World Baseball Classic in Miami where we got to see Venezuela vs Isreal (you can probably guess who I was rooting for). We also met up with my friend from Mexico and had some great Venezuelan food at Doggis Arepa bar which I 100% recommend if you are ever in Miami.
Been really enjoying my time out here and gaining some great experience at work. Next blog post you might see some familiar faces๐
